Lo Bosworth, one of the main personalities on "The Hills"

Shopping is becoming a competitive game when it comes to who can offer the most for "Fashion's Night Out."

Yes, the Beverly Hills stores will probably win with their huge Ferris wheel on Rodeo Drive, available for a free ride to anyone who produces a shopping receipt during the Sept. 10 event.  But the people at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Calif., have a few things up their sleeves too.

They are trotting out Lo Bosworth, one of the stars on the MTV reality show "The Hills," to add a bit of pizzazz. Shoppers can enter to win a 90-minute styling session with Bosworth and a $1,000 gift certificate. The winner and her new look will be introduced by "The Hills" star during the evening's kickoff, which starts at 5 p.m. Those who want a makeover can enter the sweepstakes at www.shopfashionisland.com/fno until Sept. 6.

More than 30 stores at the upscale shopping center are planning to host events, such as fashion presentations, DJs, beauty events and giveaways. So, if you're in the hood, stop on by.
