I’m still unsure as to how much “boom-boom-pow” (the lyrical puns will end here) the Black Eyed Peas brought to their Super Bowl half-time rave... err...show, especially compared to the drama that was happening out on the field. But they did an awesome job of distracting spectators with plenty of shiny, pretty lights and an army of lit-up back-up dancers left over from Tron: Legacy.  

Clad in futuristic costumes of leather and lasers beams, the Peas performed a medley of their hits. While Fergie prevented any wardrobe malfunctions with a jeweled shoulderpad piece, will.i.am’s plastic helmet reminded me of this.

The color choices of black and silver seemed a little more Oakland Raiders than Black and Yellow or Green and Yellow. I only hope they passed out glowsticks at Cowboys Stadium.
