Ever, Kenneth Cole, Hot Topic Stores Announced for New Santa Monica Place Mall

As the Santa Monica Place retail center in Santa Monica, Calif., starts its last phase of construction before its Aug. 6 debut, the highly anticipated mall announced several more fashion tenants May 19.

These new tenants include brands Ever and Kenneth Cole, as well as retailers Charlotte Russe and Hot Topic. Manhattan Beach, Calif.–based footwear brand Skechers will open a boutique devoted to the brand’s fitness shoes. Disney also will open a concept store that will spotlight classic Disney characters with new technologies.
 
The three-level Santa Monica Place will be located adjacent to the prominent Third Street Promenade retail district. Santa Monica Place was developed by real estate investment trust Macerich Co. It is 90 percent leased.
 
Other retailers opening at the site will be Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Barneys Co-op, Burberry, Kitson, Nike, Juicy Couture, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Ted Baker, AllSaints Spitalfields, Love Culture, Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, True Religion, Angl and Chilli Beans.

I haven't wtaehcd the Fox business channel but I assume it is heavily dominated by female anchors. Seems like most of Fox is these days. Then watch Red Eye a time or two. Well, try 10 because its funny. But you will see how completely ditsy the anchors are. It will explain everything.Fox is geared more for Entertainment Tonight not business.
