Dear 2010,
We had some ups and downs. In all fairness, you were waaay better than your pal 2009. So you've got that going for you. Still, I can't say I'm going to be sad to see you go. 2011 could be our year, you see. It's nothing personal. It's just that, well, 2011 looks like it may work out more. Plus, I'm hearing that 2011 is more financially stable and that means we could all bring home some more bacon. Which would be really nice, you know?

What Goes Around Comes Around celebrated the launch of its Fall 2010 collection with a party at its store at Space 15 Twenty in Hollywood. The party, which attracted L.A. fashion insiders and Hollywood starlets Olivia Munn, Monet Mazur and Peaches Geldof, also celebrated the one-year anniversary of the What Goes Around Comes Around store.

Sue Wong is known for her over-the-top fashion shows that highlight as many as 70 to 80 looks.
Instead of hitting the runway this season, the designer decided to open her office/studio Tuesday night to the industry crowd, where they got a close look at her highly embellished gowns, which sell at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and other high-end retailers.

2009,
It’s not us, it’s you. We don’t think we should see each other any more. In the beginning we liked you because you were dangerous and new. But your cheeks have lost their luster and you’ve proven yourself to be a total jerk. Bad news bears.

Rami Kashou just released a film featuring his Spring 2010 collection. The Los Angeles-based designer and Project Runway alum opted to create a film presentation of his latest collection this season versus showing in a traditional runway format. The result is "Between The Lines," a beautifully choreographed production featuring his architectural gowns in a palette of black, white and grey.
