Vanessa Bruno fêted the one-year anniversary of her Melrose boutique with a star-studded cocktail party and dinner. Celebs including Kate Bosworth, Rachel Bilson, Mena Suvari and Molly Sims turned out for the occasion - all dressed in the Parisian designer’s smartly chic attire.

Band of Outsiders' Scott Sternberg and The Little Squares have made "Being There," a rad little film that is part art project, part commentary on fashion and part sneak peek into Sternberg's secret desire to be a Lego man in a tuxedo. I may be reading too much into it on that last bit.

Imagine attending a four month long interactive collaborative film workshop with some high tech film making equipment and some of most talented filmmakers and artists in the business. Well….that’s exactly what Levi’s has created. Following on the heels of its successful Print Workshop in San Francisco and Photo Workshop in New York, the iconic denim brand is set to debut the Levi’s Film Workshop in Los Angeles at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA.

Rami Kashou just released a film featuring his Spring 2010 collection. The Los Angeles-based designer and Project Runway alum opted to create a film presentation of his latest collection this season versus showing in a traditional runway format. The result is "Between The Lines," a beautifully choreographed production featuring his architectural gowns in a palette of black, white and grey.
