nbsp;nbsp;They say that they're a bit confused, bucaese using such flashlights, even if they are high lumens flashlights, would not be quite practical when there is a power outage for example. As the power outage may last for much longer than even 2 or 3 hours. However, here is the time to mention that even replaceable battery flashlights are not likely to last for more than a couple of hours. And as far as the high ones are concerned, it could definitely be thought over purchasing two 900 lumen flashlights for example. That will be enough for at least 180 minutes of constant lighting. NordicTrack treadmills are synonymous with high quality exercise machines made by a company that has been in the business for several years. They have quite a good variety of treadmills and elliptical trainers perfect for walking or running exercises. As you may know, it is quite possible to get in decent to terrific physical condition by walking instead of running. Ask any long distance runner about the terrible pounding their legs tolerate from running on concrete. Treadmill running or walking is not for everyone, however, bucaese of the fact that lots of people like to go outside and train. Today we will provide our thoughts on specific features of the NordicTrack treadmill exercise machines.Although NordicTrack exercise machines are highly recognized, unfortunately there are a lot of people who don't have the money to buy the trainers. There is a wide range in terms of cost on the different models, but they are excellent treadmills and command a respectable cost. Nevertheless the primary reason for that is they are constructed very well and can last for many, many years with proper care. This company has made a good decision by creating their treadmill exercise machines for upgrades and options. They are aware that a treadmill workout have the endency to be monotonous, and so they wanted to bring entertainment to you. What they have done is place speakers on a few models along with ports for MP3s and iPads. Other options allow for WiFi and iFit card readers. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;

Band of Outsiders' Scott Sternberg and The Little Squares have made "Being There," a rad little film that is part art project, part commentary on fashion and part sneak peek into Sternberg's secret desire to be a Lego man in a tuxedo. I may be reading too much into it on that last bit.

The Guardians Peter Bradshaw wrote this great article about how costumes help film makers tell a story and get into our heads. In it, he explores how that iconic little red coat in the 1973 mind-bending film “Don’t Look Now” plays the central role in movie.

Super nerdy, interesting stuff.
