Leasing director Mona Sangkala and building owner Steve Hirsh hosted the Bill Cunningham New York” documentary about the legendary New York Times street fashion photographer. (That's Steve and Mona in the photo above.) Guests lounged on comfy couches and enjoyed truffle popcorn and beer. I hope they host fashion movie night every market!

In recent seasons, we’re not heard much from the 824 Building—one of the eight (!) showroom buildings in the Los Angeles Fashion District.

For those who are keeping tally at home, that’s the California Market Center, The New Mart, the Cooper Design Space, the Gerry Building, the Lady Liberty Building, the Academy Awards Building, the Primrose Building and the afore-mentioned 824 Building, located at 824 (get it?) S. Los Angeles St.
