Students help additional displaced designers from the cancelled Fashion Week
Several interns previously working on the cancelled Los Angeles Fashion Week event helped get at least seven of the displaced designers a new venue. Headed by Mary Cooksey, Fashion Marketing student from The Art Institute of Califronia - Hollywood, the interns located a new venue within 24 hours and put on a show Friday night, October 22nd. With only a few short hours to make plans these students put on a very successful show at Siren Studios in Hollywood. For such a devastating experience I was truly amazed at how these fashion students rallied for a huge comeback!

One thing the city can’t seem to do, however, is stick to just one week.

Los Angeles Fashion Week is upon us and the breadth of events is staggering.
