Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You need to be detail-oriented, well-organized, & flexible with the ability to multi-task. Thorough knowledge/experience with Excel, Power Point and Outlook is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

This position will oversee artwork coordination for all print and online advertising between sales and production and the client. Experience in the coordination of shipping publications or products to multiple show with delivery deadlines and ship dates is a must. We ship to over 100 trade shows/events/markets each year.

This person will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who works well with a variety of personality types and can work under weekly deadlines.
