Missy high end women’s apparel company, looking for experienced cust. serv. rep. to :
-Answer and direct incoming calls to the right department
-Assist customers on the phone with style inquiries, take orders, up sale, data entry, process pick tickets.
-Contact customers to inform them of merchandise availability and review terms of payments.
- 3+ years of customer service experience in the apparel Industry a must!!
-Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Photoshop
-Have an energetic, cheerful and friendly disposition
-Exemplify organizational and time-management skills effectively to
prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
-Display creative problem solving abilities in accommodating
client needs (returns, damaged merchandise, etc.).
-Show meticulous attention-to-detail
