CGA to Honor Roth

Costume designer Ann Roth will receive the Career Achievement for Film Award from the Costume Designers Guild at the guild’s annual awards gala on March 16 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. Roth, whose most recent film is “The Hours,” won an Academy Award for costume design for “The English Patient” in 1996 and was nominated for an Oscar in 1999 for “The Talented Mr. Ripley.”
