POOL Show Sets Location
POOL, a small alternative trade show running concurrently with MAGIC International, recently announced the Stratosphere hotel as the location for its inaugural edition, to be held Feb. 18–21 in Las Vegas.
The Stratosphere, located on Las Vegas and Paradise Boulevards, will provide its revolving bar/lounge at the top of the hotel for the opening POOL party on Feb. 18 and an area in the lobby for buyers to check in. Generic Costume will host the closing party on Feb. 21 and POOL will provide a complimentary shuttle service between the Stratosphere and the Las Vegas Convention Center and Sands Expo & Convention Center.
The cost for each line to exhibit at POOL is $100, and there is no cost to buyers. The negotiated sleeping-room rate for participants is $270 for the entire period. Exhibitors can register directly with the hotel by calling (800) 827-1525. For POOL information, call (323) 666-4080. —Darryl James
