Los Angeles will have a new magazine. Los Angeles Confidential will bow this month with an Oscar issue featuring Nicole Kidman on the cover. The magazine is published by Niche Media LLC, which produces New York-based Gotham and Long Island, N.Y.-based Hamptons magazines. Los Angeles Confidential’s second issue, planned for September, will cover the fashion and local restaurants. The publication plans to become a monthly title next year.
