Eyeshadow

Los Angeles-based young contemporary apparel maker Eyeshadow, a division of Stony Apparel, has expanded its range of silhouettes to include a fashion-forward plussize collection for young women.

“We understand that each customer is unique and we want to make these great styles accessible to everyone,” said Stony Apparel president Tony Litman, who founded the company with partner Steve Maiman in 1996.

Eyeshadow’s plus-size offerings include peasant blouses, Western-style shirts and fitted Johnny-collar T-shirts as well as embellished bottoms. Turquoise and coral beading, grommets, suede ties and velvet flocking are just a few of the novel details and treatments featured.

The fashion-forward collection—which is currently available at specialty retailers including Wet Seal, Gadzooks and Windsor as well as Dillard’s, Federated and Nordstrom department stores—comes in sizes 1X through 3X. Wholesale price points range from $7 for a top to $15 for novelty bottoms.

Eyeshadow’s showroom is located at the California Market Center, suite B-863. For more information, call (213) 748-5050. —Claudia Figueroa
