Island Pacific Inks Licensing Deal With U.K. Firm
Irvine, Calif.-based retail software provider Island Pacific has signed a licensing agreement with United Kingdom-based retailer Ethel Austin Ltd., which will use Island Pacific’s Merchandise Management system covering merchandising, warehouse, financial, sales audit and ticketing modules.
The chain has about 300 units with plans for another 20 this year. It has used other Island Pacific products since 1993. Island Pacific is a division of SVI Solutions Inc. and provides software and services for data mining, purchasing, forecasting, sales analysis, allocation, dynamic replenishment, pricing, event management, sales auditing, financial management, warehousing and e-commerce.
