FBI to Present EDI Seminar at MAGIC
Henry Cherner of software provider AIMS and Adam Rodriquez of menswear company YMLA will be the key speakers at a seminar on EDI (electronic data interchange) during MAGIC International in Las Vegas.
Fashion Business Inc., a Los Angeles– based trade organization that assists start-up and growing apparel businesses, is sponsoring the seminar. FBI’s Frances Harder will host the event, officially titled “What Is Edi?”
Cherner and Rodriguez will address how manufacturers use EDI and what retailers need to do to comply with companies’ EDI standards. The speakers will also discuss how retailers can use EDI and its affiliated bar-code system to track goods in their own stores.
