Fashion Week Plans Begin:Collins, Berliner, Krajecki to Show

A preliminary Los Angeles Fashion Week schedule has been posted at FashionWeekLA.com.

Among the plans:

bull; The California Market Center will hold its fashion show April 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.

bull; The Coalition of Los Angeles Designers will also hold its fashion show at the Orpheum Theater on April 4 at 8 p.m.

bull; Gen Art will hold a fashion show featuring three designers April 4 at 8:30 p.m. at the Shrine Auditorium.

bull; Sterling Capricio will also hold its show April 4 at a yet-to-be-determined location.

bull; Designers & Agents will host its first fashion show April 5 at 7 p.m. in downtown Los Angeles.

bull; Adriana Caras and Rigged Tee Shirt Couture will host a show April 5 at 8 p.m. in the Fairfax district.

bull; Sara Palacios will hold her show April 6, at a yet-to-be-determined time, at the Congo Room in the Miracle Mile district.

bull; Prentis Bonds Atelier will stage two showings of accessories April 6 at noon and 3 p.m. in West Hollywood.

bull; Panacea will stage its first fashion show April 6 at 7 p.m. in downtown Los Angeles.

bull; Fashion Business Inc. will host a group show April 7 at 6 p.m. at the Downtown Standard Hotel.

bull; The Mercedes-Benz Shows L.A. will hold its shows April 1–4 at the Downtown Standard Hotel. Show organizers have not yet confirmed the lineup, although they have confirmed the collections to be featured in the shows underwritten by Mercedes-Benz. Cornell Collins, Magda Berliner, Grey Ant by Grant Krajecki and Michelle Mason have been selected as the featured designers in Mercedes-Benz Shows L.A. Presents. Each designer will host a runway show in one of the three show venues available at the Standard.

bull; Smashbox Fashion Week is set for March 31–April 3 at Smashbox Studios in Culver City. Show organizers have not yet determined the final lineup, although Rami Kashou, Eduardo Lucero, David Park and Juniper & Jaspar have already confirmed their participation.
