Anaheim.-based retailer Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. promoted Bill Rosenbaum to the newly created position of vice president/general merchandise manager for the chain’s outlet division. Rosenbaum, who has been with the company since 2000, was formerly vice president/general merchandise manager of young men’s. PacSun hired Doug Arvanites to fill the vice president/general merchandise manager of young men’s position. Arvanites was previously senior vice president/general merchandise manager of men’s, young men’s and children’s for The May Department Stores Co.
