FGI to Host Vintage-Fashion Panel
Fashion Group International of Los Angeles will take a look at vintage fashion in a panel discussion titled “Is Vintage Old Hat? Vintage Clothing hellip; just a fad—or forever chic?”
FGI will hold the event June 30 at upscale vintage store Decades Boutique in Los Angeles. Panel members will include Decades owner Cameron Silver; Laurie Pike, editor-inchief of Distinction magazine; and stylist Vincent Boucher. Gloria Lintermans, author of “Retro Chic: A Guide to Fabulous Vintage and Designer Resale Shopping in North America and Online,” will serve as moderator.
The event begins at 6 p.m. Admission is $15 for advance reservations made by FGI members, $20 for advance reservations made by nonmembers, $10 for advance reservations made by student members, and $15 for advance reservations made by student nonmembers. The day of the event, admission is $20 for FGI members, $25 for nonmembers, $15 for student members, and $20 for student nonmembers.
