Krispy Kreme, Fashion Bistro Open in CMC
Krispy Kreme is coming to the California Market Center. In addition, the Fashion Bistro, a bakery and deli featuring gourmet sandwiches and snacks, has also opened in the lobby area.
The Krispy Kreme cart will officially open June 23 in the atrium lobby. The cart will offer pre-boxed donuts in two, four and one-dozen packs, which will be delivered fresh each morning to the CMC. The cart will also serve milk and Starbucks’ bottled Frappuccinos. Tenants can request deliveries to their showrooms by calling (213) 627-1156.
Fashion Bistro offers freshly prepared sandwiches on pain de mie (crumb bread) and artisan breads, salads, and French desserts. All the deli’s meat is certified kosher, and the restaurant plans to accommodate various other dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan diets. The bistro’s owner is Alaine Cohen.
