Custom T-Shirts Part of Lab Benefit

The LAB Anti-Mall in Costa Mesa, Calif., will host “Reconstr uction...in progress,” a fashion installation and benefit for The Nikao Youth Project, a nonprofit program that assists underprivileged youth in urban communities.

The June 7 event will showcase handpainted and custom-designed T-shirts by local artists and designers, including Shepard Fairy, Kinsey, Andy Howell, Paolo Reyes, Kenichi Yamaguchi, Modern Amusement, Leche and Apex Museum, among others.

There will also be a silent auction of the Tshirts, deejays spinning music, and catered food and drink. Bids can also be placed online at www.nikaoyouthproject.org.
