Alloy's Early Acquisition
Two teen catalog retailers will be one. Alloy is expected to complete its acquisition of Delia’s shortly after the Federal Trade Commission approves the early termination of the required antitrust waiting period. Last month, online catalog retailer Alloy announced plans to acquire all of Delia’s outstanding stock in a deal estimated to be worth approximately $50 million.
