L.A. Fashion Week Fall '04: Lady Enyce and Enyce

The Enyce Clothing Co. showed its Lady Enyce “Ladies Rock” Fall/Winter 2004 Collection on April 2 at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Smashbox Studios in Culver City.

The New York–based company decided to showcase the collection in Los Angeles to increase its brand awareness on the West Coast. The sexy urbanwear collection by Design Director Simone Berry featured individualized looks that were both fashionable and functional.

The collection––accessorized with fingerless gloves, arm warmers, chain necklaces and belts, studded collars and motorcycle boots––had a decidedly rock ’n’ roll edge. The women’s looks included logo sweat suits with patch details; matching denim ensembles with velvet trims and lace-up details; sexy printed tops with matching shorts and skirts; and colorful logo T-shirts, bomber jackets and quilted vests paired with denim jeans and skirts.

Sportswear and casual looks from the company’s menswear label, Enyce, complemented the women’s line. Men’s looks included sweat suits, matching T-shirt and sweat shirt looks, and printed long-sleeved shirts paired with jeans. —N.J.S.
