Italian Event to Feature Rogiani
Elisabetta Rogiani couture and swimwear will be on the runway at The Grove in Los Angeles, as part of “Lazio Night: Roman Summer,” an event sponsored by the Consulate General of Italy, the Italian Tourism Board and Vespa.
The Los Angeles–based designer will debut a collection of couture and swimwear made from fabrics by Italian mill Tessitura Taiana at the June 6 event.
The evening will also feature a folklore performance of medieval flag throwers from Cori, Italy, and a performance by jazz singer Liza Zane, sister of actor Billy Zane.
The festivities will get under way at 6:30 p.m. The event, free and open to the public, will be followed by an invitation-only VIP dinner at La Piazza restaurant.
Other sponsors include TexItalia, Ferrari, the Department of Tourism of the Lazio region of Italy, Allias hair and makeup, StyleZoneTV, and Seychelles shoes.
