Honeywell Sells Performance
Performance Fibers Holdings Inc., an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners Inc., announced an agreement to purchase Honeywell International’s Performance Fibers business for an undisclosed sum. The company, which produces high-tenacity polyester fiber and other materials, will operate under the name Performance Fibers Inc.
