Blue's Suit
Commerce-based Blue Holdings, maker of the Antik Denim brand, has filed a lawsuit against Turn On Products, which does business as Younique Clothing and Alloy Inc., charging that the company violated federal and state trademark and copyright statutes by producing apparel that “encroached on [Antik Denim’s] highly identifiable, stylized pocket design.” Blue Holdings issued a statement saying it intended to pursue domestic and international counterfeiting and copyright infringement.
