RawState Denim to Launch Premier Collection at MAGIC
First-time designer Nicole Bunch debuts the Spring ’06 collection of her new line, RawState Denim, at MAGIC International in Las Vegas.
Bunch, formerly a sales representative for Lucky Brand Dungarees and It Jeans, created a women’s line featuring four denim fits in 10 washes, denim miniskirts, capri pants and twill jackets. Jeans will wholesale from $60 to $75, jackets from $60 to $80 and skirts from $30 to $35.
The line is manufactured in Los Angeles, and every pair of RawState Denim jeans is sold with a handmade sander so the consumer can “customize their jeans to show their creativity,” the designer said. —Erin Barajas
