CFDA's New Chief
Steven Kolb has been named executive director of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, replacing Peter Arnold, who left in August to join John Varvatos’ design firm. Kolb was most recently executive director of MTV’s HIV/AIDS charity, the Staying Alive Foundation. Previously, he was with the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS, known as DIFFA.
