Seven7 Suit
West Hollywood–based Seven Licensing Co., owner of the Seven7 denim label, has filed suit against L’Koral, maker of Seven for All Mankind premium denim. Seven7 charges that L’Koral breached a settlement agreement reached last year after confusion resulted between the two denim brands. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court of Los Angeles, charges L’Koral with making false claims against the Seven7 brand to discourage retailers from buying the line, according to Seven Licensing.
