Maiman to Address Students at TALA Lunch
Steve Maiman, owner of childrenswear label Great Escape and co-owner of junior manufacturer Stony Apparel Corp., will be the keynote speaker at the Textile Association of Los Angeles’ annual scholarship luncheon, scheduled for Nov. 16 in the Fashion Theater at the California Market Center.
Designs by students from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Los Angeles Trade-Technical College, Otis College of Art + Design and West Valley Occupational Center will be on display, and scholarship awards will be presented to students from each school.
