Haggar Buy
A group of investors led by buyout specialist Infinity Associates LLC has agreed to purchase Dallas- based clothier Haggar Corp. for $212 million. Perseus LLC, a bank and private equity-fund manager in Washington and New York, and Hong Kong–based manufacturer Symphony Holdings Ltd. are part of the investment group. Haggar Chairman J.M.Haggar III said the sale will improve marketing power and global sourcing for the company. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
