Kellwood Goes to Hollywould
St. Louis–based Kellwood Co. acquired New York–based shoe label Hollywould Inc., founded by Holly Dunlap in 1999. The deal helps Kellwood with its strategy to expand its portfolio to include higher-profile upscale labels, according to the company. Hollywould shoes are sold in Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, as well as in specialty stores and Hollywould boutiques in New York and Palm Beach, Fla. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
