Surf's Up
Podium Venture Group Inc., an apparel, media and publishing holding company in Portland, Maine, plans to acquire all of Erino Clothing Co., a surflifestyle apparel firm in Cape Cod, Mass. The acquisition should close before the end of the year. Jim McGinley, president and chief executive of Podium, said once the acquisition is completed, the new 2007 Enrino line will debut. No purchase price was released.
