Downtown Development
Uri Harkham, Moshe Aflalo and Efrem Harkham are planning a new retail development in downtown Los Angeles called The Plaza at 12th and Wall. Located at 12th and Wall streets, The Plaza is expected to open in October with retail and restaurant tenants and a parking garage. The three-story, 120,000-square-foot building was designed by Ratzsch Architects. The building is already 50 percent leased, according to a statement released by the developers. Aflalo is a retailer and wholesale business owner and Efrem Harkham owns luxury boutique hotels. Uri Harkham is the owner of Los Angeles apparel company Jonathan Martin, maker of Hype apparel. He is also working on a downtown Los Angeles loft development project set to open in 2007.
