Quiksilver Lands New CFO, COO

Huntington Beach, Calif.–based surf giant Quiksilver has announced the appointment of Joe Scirocco as its new chief financial officer. Scirocco, who last served as the chief financial officer for the Tommy Hilfiger Corp., filled the post after Steve Brink quit to pursue other interests and will be responsible for all of the company’s finances. According to the company, Brink will continue with Quiksilver as a consultant. Brink had been at the company for 11 years.

David Morgan, Quiksilver’s executive vice president of finance, has been promoted to chief operating officer and will be responsible for developing systems to support organization and growth. Morgan joined the company in 2006.—Erin Barajas
