Variations on a Theme
The theme was quot;East Meets Westquot; at Los Angeles Trade-Tech’s annual Gold Thimble Fashion Show, where students were asked to mix Eastern and Western historical attire to create a new look. Juan Guerrero took inspiration from 16th century English court dress and a traditional Japanese kimono for his award-winning design. For more from the show, click here.
