Los Angeles–based streetwear label Ed Hardy will introduce a fragrance line under the Ed Hardy name by the end of 2007, thanks to a recent licensing deal between Ed Hardy licensee Nervous Tattoo Inc. and Fort Lauderdale, Fla.–based Parlux Fragrances Inc.
