Charles Kleman—Chico’s executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer—said he plans to leave the retail company as soon as a new CFO is found. Kleman has been employed by the company since 1988. Chico’s FAS Inc., based in Fort Myers, Fla., has retained a national search firm to find a new finance man.
