REI's New Board Members
Seattle-based outdoor retail chain REI (Recreational Equipment Inc.) re-elected Anne Farrell and Tom Harville to the board and named new members John Hamlin and Edward M. Schmults.Hamlin is currently senior vice president at Dell Inc. for its Global Online Business and Global Brand, but he is leaving Dell next month to become president and managing partner of the private-equity company Bozeman Limited Partnership, based in Austin, Texas. Schmults is currently the chief executive officer of FAO Schwarz Inc.and a former executive with Patagonia and Moonstone Mountain Equipment.
