WGSN Expands West Coast Offices

Worth Global Style Network, the United Kingdom–based trend-forecasting service, has promoted Sally Lohan, senior editor for WGSN, to content director for the company’s West Coast operations.

Lohan has been with the company since 2005 after several years covering fashion and entertainment news for publications in the United States and the United Kingdom including The Sunday Times and the Daily Express. In her new position, Lohan will lead trend seminars and oversee the company’s coverage of West Coast trends and retailers.

With the promotion of Lohan, WGSN is announcing plans to increase the editorial coverage of the West Coast.

The company also recently announced that Stephen Morgan has been promoted to president of WGSN Americas, covering the United States, Canada and South America. Morgan has held several positions at WGSN in global sales, helping the company expand into Asia. Most recently he was global sales director, based in the company’s U.K. headquarters.

WGSN also promoted Nick Wright to vice president, West Coast sales. Previously, he was head of U.K. sales and also based in the company’s office in London.

WGSN has a team of more than 200 creative and editorial staff who scour the world for trend information for its more than 2,200 subscribers worldwide.—Alison A. Nieder
