A&F Renews CEO Contract
New Albany, N.Y.–based retail chain Abercrombie & Fitch Co. has struck a new contract with its chairman and chief executive officer, Michael S. Jeffries, whose current contract was set to expire at the end of the year. Jeffries has been chairman since 1998 and chief executive officer since 1992. His new contract runs through 2014. Abercrombie & Fitch operates 1,117 stores under the Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie, Hollister, Ruehl and Gilly Hicks nameplates.
