Tommy Heads to South Beach
Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A. Inc. will open its second Florida store on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach’s South Beach neighborhood. The nearly 4,500-square-foot, two-story shop is the company’s ninth free-standing store in the United States. The company operates more than 850 locations worldwide. Founded in 1984, Tommy Hilfiger Group is owned by private-investment group Apax Partners LLC, which acquired the brand for $1.6 billion in 2006.
