Penney and Polo

Mid-tier retailer J.C. Penney Co. Inc. has launched its new label, called American Living, a lifestyle brand created for the chain by Global Brand Concepts, a division of Polo Ralph Lauren. The label encompasses everything from men’s and women’s wear to childrenswear, along with accessories, shoes and home furnishings. Key items include cable knit sweaters and cotton sundresses for women, sports coats, and button-down shirts for men and khaki pants for boys.
