Pacific Sunwear Picks DJM for demo
Anaheim-based Pacific Sunwear Inc. appointed Melville, N.Y.–based DJM Realty to manage the national disposition of the retail-store leases for its demo stores. The retail chain announced early this month that it was shuttering its urban-concept store after several seasons of flagging sales. Most store locations range from 1,800 square feet to 4,100 square feet and are located in 34 states and Puerto Rico. The realty company provided similar disposition and consulting services for Discovery Channel Stores, Casual Corner, KB Toys, CompUSA and Nordic Track.
