Retail Expert Rosenblum at Tech Conference

Retail consultant Paula Rosenblum of Miami-based Retail Systems Research LLC will deliver a keynote address on PLM technology at the first Apparel Tech Conference West, on April 2, on the Orange County campus of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Irvine, Calif.

Aside from the educational program, the event will feature product exhibits from leading technology vendors.

Rosenblum’s session, titled “PLM Squared: Product Lifecycle Management Powers Private Label Merchandise,” will explore how retailers are using technologies to improve the performance of their private-label programs and their overall business operations.

Rosenblum is recognized as one of the top analysts in the retail industry. She has served as vice president of research and content at Retail Systems Alert Group and was vice president of the Aberdeen Group’s retail research practice. She was also the retail research director for AMR Research. Rosenblum is a member of the American Apparel and Footwear Association’s Supply Chain Leadership Council and is a member of the advisory board for its semiannual Material World trade show.

More than a dozen topics will be discussed during the day-long event.
