Los Angeles–based luxury handbag label Isabella Fiore was purchased by New York–based FAB/Starpoint, a manufacturer of licensed and private-label merchandise. Debbie Coleman, president and chief executive officer of Isabella Fiore, as well as several executives and designers, will remain with the company, which plans to expand into new product categories. FAB/Starpoint produces products for the youth, tween and juniors markets. Its license agreements include Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Hello Kitty, Littlest Pet Shop and Spider-Man.
