The Slow Ramp-Up to L.A. Fashion Week
Los Angeles Fashion Week is less than a month away and news about who is showing is just barely trickling in.
So far, we’ve received word about three shows at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Smashbox Studios: Las Vegas–based Lana Fuchs Couture, Oct. 14 at 4 p.m. in the Main Tent; San Francisco-based Joseph Domingo, Oct. 14 at 6 p.m. in Stage One; and Los Angeles–based Debra Davenport Couture, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. in the Lightbox.
Domingo is a MBFW/Smashbox veteran. His Web site (www.josephdomingo.com) is still under construction, but his Fall ’08 collection can be viewed on ApparelNews.net here.
