Vernon-based True Religion Apparel Inc. inked a licensing agreement with New York–based United Legwear Co. LLC for True Religion–branded legwear. Set to bow at the Sept. 1–3 run of the Project Global Trade Show in Las Vegas, the collection will include men’s, women’s and children’s legwear, including socks, leggings and tights.
