Frederick’s Licensing Deal

New York–based Frederick’s of Hollywood Group Inc. hired Los Angeles–based licensing firm Vault Agency to manage the global licensing of the Frederick’s of Hollywood brand. Frederick’s and Vault are looking for potential licensees that reinforce Frederick’s sexy image, according to Frederick’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Thomas Lynch. Vault Agency represents corporate clients and celebrities including 50 Cent, Sony Music Publishing, Universal Music Publishing, the family of Jimi Hendrix, Nintendo, CAPCOM, English Laundry, Fender Apparel and the United States White House Gift Shop. Los Angeles–based Frederick’s of Hollywood merged with New York–based Movie Star Inc. in 2008, forming New York–based Frederick’s of Hollywood Group Inc.
