24 Seven Names CFO

Anthony Donnarumma has been promoted to chief financial officer for employment agency 24 Seven.

He was previously vice president of operations. In his new position, Donnarumma will be responsible for the company’s strategic business and financial planning processes, planning financial goals to support business operations and managing finances for the organization’s global operations.

Donnarumma takes on his new role as the company retrenches to boost free-lance talent contracts during full-time labor cutbacks in the fashion, retail, marketing, advertising and creative sectors. The company has offices in New York; Santa Monica, Calif.; downtown Los Angeles; Newport Beach, Calif.; Seattle; San Francisco; and London.

Donnarumma came to the company as a result of its acquisition of The Gromwell Group, where he served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. His previous experience in finance and operations includes management positions with Deloitte and Touche and Starpoint Solutions, LLC. —Robert McAllister
