New Guy at O#039;Neill
Can a mountain man from Sweden blend in with the surf crowd at the O’Neill Group? We will soon find out. Jan Valdmaa, a Swedish native, was recently named as the surf, snow and lifestyle group’s new chief executive. He takes over from interim Chief Executive Tom Heidman. Valdmaa moves into top position on June 1, transferring from his current job as chief executive of Integrix Sports Group in England. Valdmaa will be based at the home office of O’Neill Europe in Warmond, Netherlands, where he will manage the O’Neill Group. O’Neill was founded in Northern California.
